Angela assisted with my 13th home purchase, in Victoria. A purchase that was VERY time sensitive in a market where my price range of homes were few and far between, or scooped before hitting the market. She met me and we began to tour the list of homes agreed upon. 1st was a hard pass. Second ticked pretty much every single box. Offer drawn up by Angela that evening, papers filed right away, referrals for inspection etc. I was out of town so Angela showed up for walk throughs etc for me. Clean transition and possession in 3 weeks!! I have dealt with a LOT of realtors in my line of construction business over the years and Angela definitely rides the top of that wave when it comes to commitment and showing up on all aspects.
